On Wednesday, March 5, SHS juniors will take a free school day SAT assessment. Mrs. Gaudy will send out information about times and locations for each student as we get closer to test day. Students will already be registered for the test administration by BPS.

Students with IN-PERSON Wednesday classes at EFSC, please reach out to Mrs. Gaudy for information on your testing day. Gaudy.Ericka@BrevardSchools.org

It is important that students fit some time in for test prep prior to test week. In addition to students reviewing their 10th grade PSAT scores, here are two useful resources students already have access to which can help them better prepare:

  • College Board’s “Build Your Own Study Plan” which allows students to create a study plan complete with real practice tests and other tutorials like Khan Academy. Students should log in with their College Board account for full access. If they do not have an account, be sure to create the account with the student's personal (not BPS) email address. • Varsity Tutors which is already on each student’s Launchpad. This site includes tools like tutorials, practice questions, and testing strategies just to name a few. Students should use the link from their Launchpad instead of the website as their BPS account has access to more tools.
