🎻 Satellite Orchestras Earn Straight Superior Ratings for Fourth Consecutive Year! 🎻
We are thrilled to announce that all four Satellite High School Orchestras have achieved STRAIGHT SUPERIORS at Music Performance Assessment (MPA)! This means that every judge awarded every group the highest possible rating—Superior! ⭐🎶
This marks the fourth consecutive year that our Orchestras have received this outstanding distinction, a testament to the dedication, talent, and hard work of our incredible students. Their musicality and professionalism were on full display, and we could not be more proud!
A heartfelt thank you to the many parents who volunteered as chaperones and to our students for their commitment and preparation. Your efforts continue to uphold the excellence of Satellite’s Fine Arts program!

This past Saturday, our Mock Trial team (sponsored by Mrs. Calhoun) put their skills to the test at the Circuit Court Mock Trial Competition! Competing in front of a real judge and a jury of state attorneys, our students took on the roles of attorneys and witnesses—crafting arguments, questioning witnesses, and delivering powerful opening and closing statements. Since October, they have been building their cases, developing strategies, and mastering court procedures. Incredible job, Scorps! #StingEmScorps #MockTrial #FutureAttorneys

Our SHS chapter of FFEA attended the State conference in Orlando this past weekend. Our 20 teen teachers attended workshops and participated in many fun events to promote teaching. They sang, danced, played games, won prizes, and learned more about the field of education. They met several FL state teachers of the year as well. It was a great weekend! #FFEA #FFEAStateConference25 #futureeducator

This artwork definitely evokes thoughtful discussion and can be interpreted in many ways, one of which could be on which key one might feel is needed to unlock any doors that are a barrier to one's goals! We love how talented our Scorps are!
